Southlake Clinic currently has a career opportunity for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse. We are a physician owned, multi-specialty organization with 50+ providers serving South King County. Summary: A Licensed Practical Nurse who, as a result of educational and clinical experience in Gastroenterology, possesses the knowledge and clinical skills to provide expert patient care from admitting the patient to the Endoscopy Center, to assisting the physician with the endoscopy procedure, to monitoring the recovery of the patient following the procedure. Effective, compassionate but professional interactions and communication with patients, family members, and other health team members is essential.
Required Experience and Education:
Â• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Â• Minimum of one year recent experience as a GI nurse in hospital or out-patient setting
Â• Current certification as an LPN in the State of Washington
Â• CPR certified
Â• I.V., Provation and NextGen experience a plus
