LPN Full-Time Memory Care Unit - Lea Hill
Job Description:

Wesley Homes Community Health Services is currently seeking an experienced LPN to join our Home Health division at our 16 Unit “Memory Care” facility in our Auburn Lea Hill campus. The Memory Care LPN is responsible for promoting the safety and well being of independent residents through nursing assessment, early intervention and health education.  The Licensed Practical Nurse may also provide care to Lea Hill community clients when the Wellness Nurse is not on duty.

HIRING PREFERENCES & REQUIREMENTS

Current Washington State LPN license.

Minimum of one (1) year LPN experience required.

(1) one year of experience working in assisted living and/or memory care environment strongly desired.

Mental Health Certificate required

Dementia Certificate required

Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Able to provide 3 positive professional licenses required

Able to pass drug screen at pre-employment and randomly throughout employment

Able to pass background inquiries including FBI fingerprint with DSHS & WSP

Able to document eligibility to work in the U.S.

This is a non-exempt level fulltime position. It is a 12 hour shift from 6 pm to 6 am three days/week. This position is eligible for the full benefit package offered by Wesley Homes which includes Med/Vision/Dental, Life Insurance, Aflac, 403B Retirement account with company contribution, and Paid Time Off.
