We are looking for compassionate Licensed Vocation Nurses, LVN’s for hospice crisis care, and continuous care needs in and around the DFW area. Most of our needs are for the Denton and Tarrant county communities.
We are a JCAHO certified staffing agency providing crises care/ continuous care services to our community since 1996.
Day and night shifts available Monday-Sunday. WE have a lot of opportunities to keep you busy, especially if you are willing to drive 30 min. or more to a case! ***************Must have minimum of one year experience*********************
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Provide compassionate care
Responsible for patient care during his / her respective continuous care, crisis care, shift.
Chart as directed
Have the skills necessary to handle family dynamics involved with hospice care.
Must:
Have current license in the state of Texas
Ability to follow directions and provide excellent patient care
Ability to read, write, speak clearly and understand English
Meet all health requirements, as required by law
Relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with patients, residents, families, community members, volunteers and other facility staff.
Requirements:
• Must have at least 1 year of experience
• Current TX License
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB Results or chest X-Ray
• Must be able to work irregular shifts.
• Must have a professional appearance
• No visible Tattoo’s on body or facial piercing.
• Must have a clean criminal background, (OIG/OFAC/EPLS)
You must also have reliable transportation, auto insurance and the ability to navigate and be on time is a must!
