Care at Home is seeking a part-time LVN to work 12 hours per week on a case in Scotts Valley (dates and times TBD). We also need either RNs or LVNs to work full-time or part-time with a child in Capitola. For the Capitola case, we are specifically looking for overnight nurses to work Monday through Sunday from 11pm -7am. Our positions are hands-on. Our nurses work collaboratively with the patient/family, the physician, and our Director of Nursing to develop and implement a plan that meets the individuals needs and goals for optimal health, wellness, and self-care.
Our ideal candidates are personable, honest, dependable and can work well both independently and as a member of the team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about being part of a team of caregivers working toward providing the highest quality of care for our clients. A positive, can-do attitude is a must for this position.
This position requires a valid RN or LVN license and one year of recent acute/sub-acute clinical experience. Six months to one year of home health experience are preferred. You must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a good driving record. All new hires will be required to undergo a criminal background check and provide proof of a current CPR certification.
