Maxim Healthcare Services in Modesto, Ca is seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RN)/ Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to work within our clients' homes providing direct patient care. We are looking for nurses in the Stockton, Modesto, Manteca, Lodi, Merced, Ceres, and Patterson areas. Together with the physicians, our Registered Nurses (RNs)/ Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) develop and manage nursing care plans, as well as instruct patients and their families in proper patient treatment so they can take steps to improve or maintain patient health. As a Maxim RN / LVN you will be responsible for following a physician established plan of treatment under the direction of our Director of Clinical Services. Maxim believes that qualified nurses are advocates and health educators for patients, families and communities. Currently, all shifts are available on Full Time and Part Time schedules.

Requirements:
Current state license as an RN or LVN
Current CPR certification

(Accredited through the American Red Cross or American Heart Association)

At least 1 years of experience

Current state driver's license
Pediatric experience is a plus
High level of motivation, self-discipline and excellent communication skills
Current TB Test/Chest Xray within the last 6 months/5 years
Current Physical within the last 12 months
