Conveniently located off I-80 on Grass Valley Hwy in Auburn CA, Westview Healthcare Center is currently searching for exceptional RNs or LVNs for a growing Skilled Nursing Community in Auburn.
Westview Healthcare Center has just gone through a multi-million dollar renovation, with a focus on providing premiere care and quality service. Westview has 205 licensed bed, but chooses to provide better comfort for our residents by having private rooms for our short-term rehab patients.
Desired candidates will have a strong sense of responsibility, good judgment, attention to detail, a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic.

Licensed Nurses:
We are looking for strong Charge Nurses, with a well developed sense of responsibility and excellent critical thinking skills. You should have: *Experience in providing in a Skilled Setting

Experience with Medication Administration and Treatment
Strong documentation skills
Able to utilize computers and learn our online charting system.
Ability to direct, manage, monitor and assign duties to C.N.As as required.

*Aptitude and willingness to provide excellent care in a Team Nursing environment. *Ability to communicate clearly, with a can do attitude.

Ability to communicate in a positive, professional manner with staff, residents and family members.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

*Current License (R.N, L.V.N) in good standing with the appropriate CA state licensing board *Pass drug test *Clean Criminal Record *Pass a medical exam *Requires full background check
