A growing home health care agency in Jacksonville is expanding our treatment areas to Baker and Nassau Counties. We are seeking Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical nurses, Physical Therapist and Physical Therapy Assistants with home health experience. Must have Level II background check, current TB test/ physical, CPR card and state license. Top compensation from $45-$100.
