SALEM MEDICAL is seeking an EXPERIENCED LPN for our client located in WINSTON-SALEM, NC!!! Position will require an “EVERY” FRIDAY commitment with the hours of coverage being 8:00am until 5:00pm.
Applicants must possess a strong work ethic, have the ability to multi-task, must be organized and promote extreme patient care. Must have a minimum of one (1) year of recent experience as a LPN/Staff Nurse.
Position requires patient work-ups, assisting with exams, procedures, and various physicals or employment exams.
Must meet the following requirements:

• Must possess a minimum of 1 year of recent experience working as an LPN in a practice setting
• Must possess a current NC LPN License and be in good standing with the Nursing Board
• Must hold a current CPR
• Must be able to work “EVERY” FRIDAY with the potential to pick up additional schedules on a PRN as needed basis
• Must be able to provide prior working references and three personal references
