Medicare Certified and JC Accredited Home Health Care Agency looking for reliable, Multi Language, experienced in home health a must, qualified and caring RN's and LVN's to join our team. Agency has immediate opening for Shift Care Cases, must have experience in the following: Vent care, Trache Care and GT care. Our agency also have Per Deim visit cases available thorough out Los Angeles County and San Bernardino County. Must have a minimum of one year experience in Home Health.
ALL APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS LISTED BELOW:
CA Professional License
CA Driver's License
Social Security Card or Authorization to work in the U.S.
Current Physical Exam
Current PPD Test within the last year or Chest X-Ray
Auto Insurance
Professional Liability Insurance Location: San Gabriel, Los Angeles, Elmonte
Compensation: DOE
