CNA, CMA or LPN for Care Management Representative Position
Must be LPN, CMA or CNA. This position is responsible for client specific pre-authorization/pre-certification of selected health care service through the use of protocol and selected review criteria in a HMO/Insurance Office setting. Performs telephonic pre-authorization of health care services in accordance with client specific requirements. Precert and/or call center experience helpful but will train the right candidate. Applicant must have excellent verbal communication, time management skills, computer literate and able to multi-task in an extremely fast paced environment. Excellent benefits package includes medical, dental and time off package. Hours 9-5 Monday-Friday with no weekend or holiday hours. Great Opportunity for the right person with the right skill set.
