We are the East Hillsborough location for Accessible Home Health Care, which has over 85 offices nationally. Accessible has been in existence for 12 years. We service clients in Hillsborough, Polk, Highlands, Hardee and Manatee counties. Growth has been and will continue to be explosive.
We are excited to be growing and adding to our LPN and RN staff. Our RNs assess patient needs and complete/coordinate the Plan of Care with the patient's physician as well as provide skilled nursing care to our patients. Working closing with our RNs, the LPNs deliver high quality, Compassionate nursing care. We have Home Health Aides and CNAs that provide assistance with ADLs, meal preparation, transportation and companionship for our patients. We work as a cohesive team, making sure our patients achieve the highest possible level of independence and health while in their own homes. We work to be the Best of the Best each day, and are accredited by The Joint Commission.
