Resident Care Director-LPN (Bothell)

This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an organized LPN to lead the wellness staff in our senior community in Bothell, WA. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing assessments, developing care plans, communicating with residents, families and other health care providers. Experience in assisted living and an understanding of regulatory guidelines are considered a plus. Demonstrated success with supervision of non-licensed care givers is essential. This position is ideal for someone who is capable of managing multiple priorities effectively in a busy environment. Active, unencumbered WA LPN license and current CPR card are required. We are seeking a strong leader with compassion and the skills to work well with seniors with age- related physical conditions, as well as dementia.
