We just hired several highly-professional LPN's who, like you, realize that their "core competency" was their competency!
We are seeking a few more to fit in to our "home-like" family setting as we provide exceptional care to our Residents at St. Martin's Home in Catonsville, Maryland.
We're a small Home, with a little over 70 Residents. Our Resident to GNA ratio is 6 to 1. Our nurses absolutely love it here. Wait a minute...everybody loves it here! Our LPN's feel appreciated and valued. Our entire care team is fully engaged and ready to serve. Why What makes us so different

Now, here are the attributes we are currently seeking in candidates for employment:
- A strong clinical rotation and a good academic standing at the Nursing School you attended;
- A preference towards providing healthcare to the elderly (meaning this is where you really feel most comfortable...it seems to be your calling);
- A positive vibe about you as evidenced by your "can-do" spirit, a record of selfless service, and an affinity towards making others feel special;
- A solid work record at previous jobs you've held (no job hopping, a good attendance record, ability to work harmoniously with others, etc. )
How about actual "on the job" nursing experience Sure, we would love to meet those seasoned pro's who have a proven track record of succcess and growth. We are also delighted to meet new grads who possess theory coupled with enthusiasm, sound judgment, excitement, and a yearning to learn. We will take you wherever you are...but you must be totally committed!
