Registered Nurses and LVN's Needed - Home Health Care (IV therapy certification required) -Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus -- Huge Incentives
Apex Homecare is the fastest growing Home Health Agency in North Texas. We are a recognized leader in the health care industry and we are currently hiring experienced RNs Nurses for admission and LVNs. IV certification is Required and Home healthcare experienced is a plus. We cover the follwing counties: Tarrant, Denton, Dallas, collins.
- RNs will coordinate home care services provided to patients in which nursing is the primary discipline. Performs initial assessment, develops and implements the plan of care in coordination with the physician, coordinates care with other disciplines, and performs Admissions and discharge planning.
- LVNs will Performs procedures, instructs the patient or family in self-care, assesses and monitors clinical status, administers medications and draws labs.
- PT and PTA.
Requirements:
Must have a Valid RN or LVN licence
Must have a good understanding of regulations for home care.
Must works with all team members and office staff as a patient advocate.
Must be self-directed and ability to work without direct supervision.
Excellent coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience working in the home health care field is a plus
Excellent communication and documentation skills
For all our RNs, LVNs travel is required as needed to perform job.
