we are looking for an eve. nurse for our 19yr. old son who suffered a traumatic brain injury in 2008, we are currently with an agency because i do not want to lose my day nurse, my night nurse quit and they are having a nursing shortage so i am placing an ad and screening possible applicants, so you would be applying with the agency if interested in this case.
We are looking for someone who knows what nursing truly means! We are a loving laid back family who care about our nurses and we are looking for the same our son is total care but he is stable no vent or trach care required. he is on medication and has a g-tube he is non-verbal and incontinent he receives ROM at home from the nurses, he receives a bath 3 nights a week he is wheel chair bound when out of bed, we have a battery operated hoyer for transfer needs. must be pet friendly this case is pretty easy with a lot of down time, please respond with a little info about yourself must have references.I have posted hours below please do not respond unless you can work these hours and every other weekend! must have current VA nursing license, CPR and TB test. PLEASE make sure you know where I am located if you are in the city of Richmond, we are about 40 minutes from Richmond 25-30 minutes from Midlothian area, 10 Min. or so from Chester, 20 Mins. from Colonial Heights, 30 minutes from Petersburg.
Mon.- Fri. 4-10 (may be done by 9 some nights or if you are the right fit can become 9:00)
sat.- sun. every other weekend 8am- 8pm (your weekend off would be a three day weekend) Location: HOPEWELL/ ENON
