Elan Home Health has expanded into Fayette County. We are a full-service, medical and non-medical home health care agency. Elan is Medicare/Medicaid/Passport certified and is locally owned, not a large national chain. We have an opening for an LPN and RN to service Fayette County and clients in the nearby surrounding counties. These positions will start out as per-diem/part-time.
