Job Title: RN/LPN Field Nurse
MEDINA COUNT
Supervised by: Clinical Supervisor
Professional Requirement:
Adheres to dress code, appearance is neat and clean.
Maintains regulatory requirements.
Reports to work on time and as scheduled, completes work within designated time.
Wears identification while on duty.
Regulatory Requirements:
Current stated licensure as a RN/LPN.
Experience as a licensed nurse with one of the following:
• One year acute/SNF care experience within the last two years;
• One year community health or public health experience within the last two years;
• One year outpatient facility experience within the last two years.
Preferably has a current CPR card.
Current TB test.
Valid state driver's license and reliable automobile.
Proof of current automobile insurance.
Full command of verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to relate well to staff and other professionals.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
Skills:
Comprehensive knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
Physical Demands:
Must have good general health and demonstrate emotional stability, have personal integrity and the willingness to provide leadership to all staff. Must be assertive without being aggressive. Must be able to relate to and to work with dying, disabled, elderly, and emotionally upset people as well as with staff members who work daily with these patients. Must not be drug or alcohol dependent. Must be bondable.

High probability of exposure: You will have access to Protected Health Information for patients and/or staff members. You must adhere to all policies and procedures of the organization and all federal and state laws regarding the privacy of Protected Health Information, whether oral, written and electronic. HIPPA regulations are stringently enforced.
