Medical Assistant OR LPN (Central Miami - Little Havana)

The position open is for part-time employment currently with an excellent opportunity for growth if you are the right individual.
Medical Assistant or LPN with front and back office responsibilities.
This position requires an individual who has energy and the ability to work fast when necessary.
Special Skills needed:
Vital Signs
EKGs
SQ and IM injections.
Reviewing diet plans instructed by physician for weight loss.
Marketing and sales.
Blood draws in the office as needed.
Computer skills
Answering phones, booking appts, and ability to learn about many new products for which the patients have interest.
Outgoing personality and ability to smile when dealing with a difficult patient.
Organizing and cleaning office.
Updating charts.
Collecting urine for drug screening and charting.
Assisting the physician with medical procedures.

The position requires an individual who is a self motivator and has the ability to manage the needs of the clinic without the physician hand holding at all times. Also, a person who can work and find things to do in the office and does not spend hours on the phone with personal telephone calls or personal issues.
Work days and hours vary, mainly Mondays and Thursdays all day. Plan to open on Friday's in the future. You must have a clean background without any criminal history.
