We are looking for experienced nurses for our facility. We are located in a central location within the bus route and very close to WestPort. We expect our nurses to have the following requirements:
1. Must be responsible and compassionate
2. Must enjoy people and working in a social setting
3. Must possess excellent communication skills and have a proven ability to multi task and pay attention to detail
Daily duties would include and not be limited to
1. Development and implementation of plan of care for our residents and participate in the care planning stages
2.Patient care duties and treatments including wound care, measure and monitoring of vital signs, IV administration and monitoring
3. Communicating with the physicians and interdisciplinary teams with regards to patient care plans
