LPN/RN - Relief (Springfield, OR)

Alvord-Taylor is seeking an LPN or RN to work relief shifts in a single-client program.
There could be as many as 4-5 shifts per week, but no guaranteed hours or benefits. This position will primarily be coverage for overnight shifts.
Must have a current LPN or RN license to practice in the state of Oregon, and license must be reasonably clean. Prefer two years experience in the health care field, preferably serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
Must comply with all agency required and program specific trainings.

Â•Must be able to remain calm and handle management problems and crises appropriately.
Â•Must be able to accept responsibility and be able to act independently and as part of a team in performing the duties of this position.
Â•Must be emotionally, mentally, and physically capable of performing the duties of this position.
Â•Must be able to anticipate psychological and/or behavioral issues of clients and address them in a manner that de-escalates the situation.
Â•Must be flexible with schedule, depending on the needs of the individuals served.
Â•Must meet employment requirements listed in the Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs)
Â•Must pass a Criminal Records Background Check performed by the Department of Human Services
