The assistant to the physician needed for direct patient care.
Additional responsibilities include assuring compliance with patient data entry; performing chart updates, QA projects, and providing education as needed. This person is responsible for developing communicating findings and making recommendations for process improvements. This person will also be in charge of the surgery assistance and patient/physician coordination. They take part in the assessment, development and evaluation of education and training activities that enhance the performance, professional development, and continuing competence of the physician as well as participating in the development and execution of innovative education programs and initiatives that advance the mission of the office.
Qualifications :
Minimum of two years experience, direct patient care .
Microsoft Office Suite experience and Social networking experience.
Demonstrated ability to assess and respond to the needs of adult learners in a professional and knowledgeable manner
RN, LPN, CNA or certified Medical Assistant
