Our Seattle homecare office is looking for a Service Coordinator to coordinate home care schedules to ensure a high degree of customer service. The Service Coordinator works closely with clinical staff members to guarantee accuracy and timeliness of patient care. In addition, the coordinator is responsible for documenting patient information into the homecare system of record to ensure timely business flow. The coordinator is also responsible for daily scheduling and staffing of client services, gathering and recording initial intake of patient needs, and managing alterations in patient/family requests for change.
Requirements:
• Current Washington LPN License
