Prestigious Healthcare Services is currently seeking full time and part time for the San Antonio, Beaumont,and Houston area.
We are looking for RN's/LVN's and Psych nurses with home healthcare experience to deliver caring with compassion, commitment, and professionalism.
As a Prestigious Registered Nurse, you will:
Provide skilled care to the patients as per physicians orders.
Work with patients one on one in a home environment.
Able to conduct accurate charting & notes in a timely manner via web base.
Manage time independently.
Understand that patients are priority.
Perform responsibility for Patient Admission, Plan of Care, Recert, Resumption and Discharge Oasis.
Preferred: Working Knowledge of Kinnser Software.
IV Therapy certified
Picc Line experience
Wound Care and Wound Vac certified
Quailification:
Must be licensed in the State of Texas.
Diploma, Associate, Baccalaureate degree in nursing.
Minimun of one year Home Health experience needed.
Must be CPR certified
Valid Driver license and proof of automobile insurance.
