Come join us at Skaalen Nursing & Rehabilitation Center (located in Stoughton, WI). Along with our condominiums and assisted living area, we have a 126-bed skilled-care facility. We offer rehabilitative and restorative care to meet each individual's need for long-term or short-term residency. Respite Services, Hospice Care, and a 32-bed Alzheimer's care unit are also offered as supportive alternatives to residents and families with special needs.
Skaalen currently has a 32-hour per week opening on the pm shift. The interested applicant must possess a current State of Wisconsin license. Recent LPN experience is preferred, but willing to train the right person. (New graduates welcome!)
