LPN Needed for Night Call Hospice Visits (Valleywide)

LPN needed to take night call Monday through Friday 5pm to 8am. Per visit rate.
Job Requirements:
1 year experience in hospice or long term care
Valid LPN license in state of AZ in good standing
AZ Driver's license
AZ auto insurance
Social Security and/or passport
