Assisted Living Director - LPN required (Peoria, AZ)

Inn at Amethyst, a 79 unit provider of Assisted Living and Memory Care in Peoria, has an immediate opportunity for a professional and experienced LPN to join our management team as Assisted Living Director. Reporting to the Executive Director, the selected candidate will successfully manage the day to day operation of our AL program (38 units) and ensure that Senior Lifestyle standards and state requirements for resident care are met. In this role, you will provide hands on care, effectively direct a staff, ensure regulatory compliance and be responsible for the management of Assisted Living budget.
Although this is a Director level position, this is a working manager role. On Call responsibilities also included.
Qualified candidates will possess an active LPN license in good standing in the state of Arizona and have a minimum of 2 years related management experience in an assisted living community. Strong verbal and written communication skills, computer proficiency, organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment a must.
