Interim Healthcare is looking for CNA's, CHHA's, Direct Support Staff, or Companions who have worked with Individuals with Disabilities to work in a Group Home Setting.
Applicants MUST have:
CNA's or CHHA's: Current License/Certification, CPR certification, Physical Current within 1yr, PPD or chest x-ray within 1yr, MMR Titers (Rubella titers), 2 forms of ID, and 2 professional references.
Companions or Direct Support Staff: CPR certification, Physical Current within 1yr, PPD or chest x-ray within 1yr, MMR Titers (Rubella titers), 2 forms of ID, and 2 professional references.
PREFFERRED:
All current DDD trainings (Please call if not certain of required DDD trainings)
