Imperial Gardens Rehabilitation & Nursing Center has some fun and exciting opportunities for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) with unencumbered licenses for our skilled nursing facility in Madison, TN. This position will be responsible for administering an individualized, comprehensive and resident-centered Plan of Care in accordance with current applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines and regulations as may be directed by the Administrator, Director of Clinical Services, Primary Care Nurse or Resident. Days and Nights available!

Education: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
Licenses/Certifications: Current Tennessee LPN license.
