Housecalls Home Health (a divison of AllCare Health Systems) is accepting positions for CQI/QA in our Tulsa Branch office and Okemah office. This is a FULL-TIME position, approx 1-2 days week in Okemah and 3-4 days per week in Tulsa office. The job includes auditing charts, following Medicare Home Care Guidelines. Education / Documentation. MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER!!!!
Hours are 8am - 5pm - primarily Monday thru Friday office position, with occassional on-call (every 2-3 weeks) required, which will include weekend visits if necessary. On call pay reimbursement. Mileage reimbursement. Must be willing to travel. Prior home health experience required. MUST be a Licensed Practical Nurse in State of Oklahoma. Hourly pay depends on experience. PTO, Sick time available, 401K available, health insurance available.
