Industry Leading Healthcare company seeks an experienced LPNs or RNs who will work as a mobile phlebotomist in the Las Vegas, NV area. Candidate must possess a valid CA Drivers License and excellent knowledge and profiency in phlebotomy regulations and requirements.
REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES:
• Proficient in Phlebotomy including venipuncure and skin puncture using both vacutainer and syringe technique.
• Must possess knowledge of medical terminology as it relates to laboratory purposes.
• Must be self motivated, dependable and punctual.
• Must be able to work under minimal supervision and accurately maintain time records.
• Will be responsible for accurate collection, labeling, processing and delivery of specimens obtained from patients using approved procedures.
• Knowledge of required specimen preservation, adequate patient preparation and specimen procedures.
• Must understand and knowledgeable of resident's rights and patient care.
• Candidate will utilize personal vehicle to drive from facility to facility. Mileage will be reimbursed.
