Position: LPN
A growing, senior care company is looking for LPN's to become a part of our Shared-Care team. We have full and part-time opportunities available. Shared-Care team members work within select independent living communities and help families with a broad range of functions including: bathing, dressing, remembering medication, ambulating to/from meals, and many other daily functions. LPN certified team members will also play an active role communicating with families, and assisting in care planning and coordination.
Hours: Full-time OR Part-time, flexible monthly team schedule
Role: Assist seniors with various ADL and other support functions, including: bathing, meal escorts, medication reminders, dressing, laundry, etc. Support families with care planning and care coordination.
Requirements:
• Must be responsible and compassionate
• Must enjoy people and working in a social setting
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• LPN certification
• Proven ability to multi-task
• Proven ability to pay attention to detail
