Home Healthcare Agency is hiring RNs/LPNs with Geriatric and Pediatric homecare experience for immediate hire.
IF YOU DO NOT POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE PLEASE DO NOT REPLY...ONLY EXPERIENCED NURSES WILL BE INTERVIEWED AND HIRED.
- Experience with: trach, vent and g-tube/peg
- Assess patient and implement the appropriate plan of care
- Experience in maintaining log of the following documents: Medication Record, I&O, skilled nursing notes, timesheets
IMMEDIATE HIRE WITH EXPERIENCE!!!!
Requirements:
BRING ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS [LISTED BELOW] TO SPEED UP THE PLACEMENT PROCESS
Resume
• NY State RN/LPN License and State Registration
• CPR card
• Social Security card
• State-issued ID
• Proof of citizenship or residency U.S. Birth Certificate, U.S. Passport, green card, employment auth. etc
• Current Physical - Includes initial physical report, employee health form, this years PPD (including 2nd booster shot),
MMR and Varicella Vaccination Titres
• Two(2) reference letters One(1) reference should be a professional reference -from a school or previous employer
• Two passport size photographs
• Malpractice insurance
