Licensed Practical Nurses -- Synergy Staffing Solutions, Inc.
A professional, forward thinking and innovative home health care staffing company seeks Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to facilitate home health care services visits. Positions are available at various locations throughout the state of Michigan.
A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing basic therapeutic, rehabilitative and preventative care on an intermittent basis at the patient residence under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN). The successful applicant must be able to function independently and/or in conjunction with an interdisciplinary team and provide the necessary teaching and provision of care necessary for the restoration of patient well being. The (LPN) must be able to communicate efficiently with the supervising (RN) to assure the effective delivery of necessary services.
The (LPN) position requires travel on a daily basis. Reliable transportation is required. The successful applicant must have a cell phone, a computer and be proficient with basic computer operations and other digital equipment.
Qualifications: Must be a licensed practical nurse with at least one (1) year experience.
General Skills: The successful applicant must be able to think critically, execute directions effectively, coordinate and multi task efficiently, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and possess a positive attitude and the flexibility to deal with complex and fluid situations. Excellent rapport building skills is a must. Accurate and efficient information management, documentation and record keeping is required.
Licenses or Certificates: valid practical nurse license, current CPR card, automobile insurance, registration and driver's license are required.
