Family Lives is seeking dedicated and committed RNs & LPNs to provide 1:1 nursing care in the home. Family Lives is a pediatric homecare agency specializing in the complex and medically challenging child, adolescent and young adult. BOSTON:
10 yr/old with trach, vent & GT; Mondays 5pm-9pm, every other Saturday & Sunday 8am-9pm (shifts can be split to day & evening)
BRIDGEWATER: *16 yr/old with GT, JT and seizures; Saturday 10pm-7am *11 yr/old with CVL, GT & BiPAP; Sunday 8 hour shift, can be anytime between 8am and 10p
CHARLTON: *19 yr/old with GT; 6:40am to 7:40am and 1:40pm to 2:40pm to ride bus *2 yr/old with trach, vent & GT; Tuesday & Wednesday 7am-3pm
CHELMSFORD: *14 yr/old with trach, vent & GT; Tuesday 10:30pm-7:30am
CHICOPEE:
22 yr/old with trach, vent & suprapubic; Tuesday, Friday & Saturday 9pm-7am
FALL RIVER:
7 yr/old with trach, vent & GT; Tuesday & Thursday 8am-4pm and Sundays 10pm-6am. Saturdays 7am-3pm only for month of March
FITCHBURG:
20 yr/old with trach, vent & GT; Saturday 10pm-10am, every other Sunday 10am-4pm
LAWRENCE:
59 yr/old with trach, vent & GT; every other Friday & Sunday 3pm-11pm and full time overnight shifts 11pm-7am
MARION:
7 yr/old with trach, vent & GT; Sunday evening shifts and per diem 12 hour shifts.
MARSHFIELD:
9 yr/old with GT; Monday, Tuesday & Saturday 4pm-8pm
MARSTON MILLS:
23 yr/old with trach, vent & GT; Sundays 11pm-7am

PEABODY:
9 yr/old with trach & GT; every other Saturday & every other Sunday 2:00pm to 9pm or 10:00pm, Monday, Wednesday & Sunday 11pm-7am
PEMBROKE:
8 yr/old with GT & CVL; Monday 6:30am to 6:30pm, Thursday 7:00am to 3:30pm, Friday 9:00pm to 9:00am
PLYMOUTH:
6 yr/old with seizures; Sundays 9:00am to 1 or 2:00pm and per diem fill in shifts
PLYMPTON:
4 yr/old with trach, vent & GT; Sunday 9am-9pm; may be broken into split shifts
READING:
32 yr/old with trach & vent; Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 11pm to 7am, Sunday 5pm to 9pm. Every other Saturday & Sunday flexible day shifts
SALISBURY:
10 yr/old with GT; Monday 9:30pm to 6:30am, Tuesday 10pm-6am, Thursday 6pm-6am
SHREWSBURY:
6 year/old with trach & GT; Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday 7am-3pm, two night shifts per week 11pm-7am
WALPOLE:
9 yr/old with CVL, GT, JT, ileostomy; Saturdays 8pm-8am OR 10pm-8am
WALTHAM: *3 yr/old with trach & GJT; Friday 11pm-7am *4 yr/old with CVL, GT & JT; Saturday & Sunday 12pm-7pm
WEBSTER:
2 yr/old with trach, G/JT, and oxygen; every other Sunday 8am-3pm
WORCESTER: *11 yr/old with GT & seizures; Wednesday 7am-4pm *4 yr/old with NGT, oxygen and BiPAP; Monday thru Friday 7am-12pm. Spanish speaking nurse preferred. Location: North/South/Central/Metro, MA Compensation: Salary based on discipline, insurance & shift worked This is at a non-profit organization.
