Job Description
Juniper Village at Louisville is a caring assisted living community for individuals with memory loss. We are an award winning Memory Care residence offering:
- small homelike environment with a lively town square
- full activity calendar tailormade to our special population
- caregiving based on validation and acceptance
- team based approach to resident care and decision making.
We are currently looking for an experienced nurse who values this holistic approach to care partnering.
Skills/ Requirements
A current LPN or RN license
Experience in assisted living
Experience in Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias
Experience as a supervisor or nurse manager

Location: Louisville
