LPN Long term care (3185 W Arkansas Ave., Denver, CO 80219)

LPN-FT and on call positions available on 44 bed neighborhood in west Denver nursing home. Responsibilities include medication and treatment administration, physician order follow up , supervision of care and coordination with allied care partners. Current Colorado Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing and 3 job references required. North Star Rehabilitation and Care Community completes background, alcohol and drug screening as part of the application process. Benefits are available for FT positions.
