LPN - Wellness Nurse - Evenings or Nights (Vista Shores (Lakeview Area))

Responsible for the monitoring of the health and wellness of residents at Vista Shores. Responsbilities include, but are not limited to; overall well-being of residents; supervising and training of team members; communication with all resident support services and families; quality asurance; and regulatory compliance.
