Part-Time LPN Positions Available (Chattanooga/Soddy Daisey)

Care Choices of Tennessee, Inc. is an in-home assistance and residential agency seeking to hire caring hardworking LPN's with a flexible schedule in the Chattanooga / Soddy Daisy area for a Part-Time shifts: Mon., Wed. & Sun. 6:30am -- 10:30am. This position could provide approx. 12+ hours of time per week and could lead to 12 hour shifts in the future.
We offer services to the developmentally disabled as well as senior adults. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age to apply, have a current nursing license, one year nursing experience, CPR, CDS and a TB Test with-in the past year.
Extensive background check and drug screen is required. Due to the high volume of applicants, please call for an appointment to fill out an application and set up an interview.
