EPOCH Senior Living on Blackstone Boulevard in Providence is hiring a Full-time RN/LPN for our fast-paced Skilled Nursing Facility for the following shift:
ï‚« 3-11pm Full-time
Responsibilities include: documentation, medication administration and patient care treatments on a 15 bed long-term care unit.

We require RI licensure and at least 2 years of experience in a Long-term Care setting. Must be a Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse in RI.
