Partners in Healthcare a chronic care focused Home Health Agency located in Altamonte Springs is seeking to fill part-time Licensed Practical Nurse position for 20 or more hours per week. We are looking for a LPN that lives in one of the following areas Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Maitland, or Winter Park. We are looking for someone that is client focused and has 5+ years experience, home care experience is a plus. Supervisory experience is also required.
