Male LPN for Private Duty Available (Waukesha Milwaukee Walworth)

I am a male LPN. I have over 30 years experience in many settings such as hospitals, nursing homes/rehabilitation centers, and home care.I am available for Private Duty weekend assignments. I am an Independent nurse and on my last home care case I billed Medicaid for my services. I an able to work PM's and Night shifts as I am a full time Special Education teacher in the area.
