Female RN or LPN for HOME CARE (Northeast Minneapolis)

Regular Day Shifts in Northeast Minneapolis
Female RNs or LPNs only (per client request)
Regular, steady Day shift with stable client
Shift: 2-3 12-hour shifts/week
Client is cognitively delayed, female 5-year-old with seizure activity
The ideal candidate will adhere to high professional standards while providing client with excellent care throughout the day shift.
Physical Requirements
Ability to read and speak English
Ability to hear
Ability to lift 25 lbs
Ability to stand for 1 hour at a time
Ability to manage transfers of client
Essential Qualifications
Current MN Nursing License (RN or LPN)
Female nurses only (per client request)
Current CPR for Healthcare providers
Must be available for open shifts
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to communicate with client family in Spanish
Home Care Experience
Experience ordering and organizing supplies
Essential Functions
Competent medical care for client, including timely assessments and appropriate interventions and therapies to maintain medical stability or identify areas of possible concern.
Appropriate interaction with client to support client's social and emotional goals.
Additional Functions
Appropriate interaction with client family.
Professional approach to working with other staff members.
Candidates must be able to prove eligibility to work in the United States within 3 days of hire.
