Our client, a 70 bed Skilled Nursing Facility(SNF) is looking to bring on some new new Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) will report to the Director of Nursing (DON) taking initiative in their duties consisting primarily of passing out medications to their patients and keeping track of authorizations and documentations. As the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) you will be expected to be the voice of the Director of Nursing (DON) in their absence, overseeing three (3) CNAs.
Requirements: *Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) *5 years experience in Long Term Care facility *Knowledge of medications
