Cedars Health Care, 1599 Ingalls Street, Lakewood, Colorado, is seeking full or part time RN's and LPN's with proven experience in the long term care or geriatric nursing. The qualified candidates will be responsible for providing the planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of evaluation, assessment, intervention and planning. Assists in developing nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary. Communicates changes in patient's clinical condition with physicians, nursing managers, and co-workers as appropriate.
Must posseess current state license to practice in the State of Colorado as an RN or LPN. Current CPR certification and additional certifications in nursing specialty desired.
