Primary Responsibilities
• Complete quality assurance visits according to stated company schedule
• Communicate QA visit feedback to QA Specialist with recommendations for changes/improvement.
• Gather missing care notes to get missing care notes turned into corporate office the following week.
• Will complete home assessments for all new CHOICES clients.
• Maintains confidentiality of client information and business trade practices.
• Conforms to all applicable policies and procedures. Satisfactory performance on a competency evaluation and annual re-evaluation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned/needed.
Qualifications (Required)
• Licensed - LPN or RN
• Dress -- Business Casual
• Transportation - Reliable transportation.
• Teamwork - Experience in successfully working as part of a team and able to maintain a positive working environment. Dependable in both production and attendance.
• Communication Skills - Able to communicate efficiently and effectively with persons in all levels of business. Including excellent written and verbal communications skills with ability to read, understand instructions, and maintain written reports/records. Shows good judgment and tact in dealing with people. Has the emotional and mental maturity needed for establishing and maintaining a good work relationship with co-workers, staff, clients, clients' families, and industry partners. Knowledge of Microsoft Office application (or equivalent) and telephone protocol.
• Working Environment - Able to work in a typical office environment (knowledge of PC, copy/fax/scanner, multi-line phone, calculator). Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Organization - Strong organizational skills and self-discipline. Ability to handle frequent interruptions, multi-task. Ability to establish priorities effectively.
• Health -- Pass required communicable disease screenings. Pass required drug screen.
• Background - Able to pass detailed Criminal Background with no felonies of any kind and no misdemeanors related to drugs, theft, or violence.
Qualifications (Preferred)
• Regional Knowledge - Prefer knowledge of the counties in your region.
• Healthcare Experience - Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Heart - Shows a genuine interest and concern for people.
• Experience - Will consider candidate with extensive experience related to the position.
• Flexibility -- In the business we are in flexibility is almost essential.
• Dependable -- Our customers depend on us so we depend on you.
• Customer Service Skills -- Every decision needs to be with the customer in mind.
• Physical - Minimal lifting, up to 50 pounds. Should be able to read 12 point or larger type. Able bend, stoop, etc., as the job demands. Location: Nashville & Surrounding Counties
Compensation: $10 per hour plus Mileage
