Reputed Health Care Agency Seeking LPNs to work part time or per diem at Long Term Care Facility in Brooklyn or Bronx. These are immediate openings. Act ASAP. Interested candidates must have the following documentations:
Resume
Valid NYS Licensed Practical Nurse license
Complete physical that is taken within last one year
Legal to work in US (must provide documentation)
Liability Insurance (if you don't have it, we can obtain for you)
Two (2) references (one must be a current or former employer, the other must be personal)
CPR License (not more than a year old)
