LPN- Assisted Living/Memory Care (Fridley)

Our community is a beautiful home-like setting where we treat our residents like family. Responsibilities include a committtment to knowing and remaining up to date on Minnesota Statutes and Rules. Work along with House Manager, keeping them informed at all times of any items of communication concerning Residents ares and needs. Maintain each resident record. Audit medical records, medication storage, delivery, charting, and assist in maintaining a Residents chart. Process Dr's orders. Order Medications/refills. Correspondance and Follow-up with Medical Providers. Assist RN and other staff. Qualities desired; positive, encourgaing, supportive, passion in caring for seniors, good work ethics. You will be a part of an LPN team that alternates E/O weekend, and will work PM's.
