Licensed Practical Nurse (Platteville/Mineral Point)

Our clients include long term care facilities, clinics, and hospitals. We also offer short term assignments that include flu, wellness, and immunization clinics. The hours we offer will range from part to full time.

Requirements:

-Minimum of one year clinical experience or specialty skills specific to assignment

-Maintain a current Wisconsin license to practice as an Licensed Practical Nurse in (LPN)

-Current CPR and immunization records including TB skin test and Hepatitis B

-Proof of current complete physical in past year
