Bentley Senior Living, an innovator in assisted living, is seeking NJ Licensed LPN's. We have both full time and part time positions available on our day and evening shifts.
Qualified candidates should be motivated, flexible and reliable. Experience in Assisted Living or Long Term Care Communities is preferable, but not necessary.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Coordinates daily assignments of Resident Service Associates on all shifts and checks to see assignments have been completed at the end of the Associate's shift.
• Administers medications as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
• Responsible for charting and documentation in Resident charts.
• Responsible for supervising and ensuring that Resident Service Associates comply with all Bentley Senior Living policies and procedures.
• Completes weekly Quality Assurance Audits.
• Provides Health Care Services/Treatments to residents as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
• Responsible for Weekly Medication Monitoring.
