YOU ARE FORCED TO PROVIDE SUBSTANDARD CARE AND THE ENVIRONMENT IS PITIFUL. IT IS CONSIDERED BY MANY TO BE ONE OF THE WORST FACILITIES IN THE METROPOLITAN AREA. A RESPECTABLE NURSE WILL NOT WORK THERE.
